Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

FunPixel LLC ("Block Vac", "we", "us") operates the Block Vac puzzle game for iOS. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

2. No account, minimal data

Block Vac does not require an account or sign-in. We never collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data. To run the game we use a small amount of anonymous information:

• A random device identifier generated on your device, so we can recognise it across launches and keep your coins and level progress attached to it.
• Basic device and app information (device model, iOS version, app version, country and language) to keep the game stable and decide which devices to support.

3. Coins and in-app purchases

Block Vac uses a virtual currency ("coins"). Your balance is stored on our server against the anonymous device identifier so it survives reinstalling the app. When you buy coins through the App Store, Apple sends us a signed receipt so we can verify the purchase and credit the coins. We never receive your Apple ID, real name or payment card.

4. Analytics

We may record anonymous, aggregated gameplay events (for example "level completed" or "shop opened"), tied only to the random device identifier, to improve level design and fix problems. This data is never sold and never shared with advertisers.

5. What we do not do

• No ads and no advertising SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of personal data.
• No access to your photos, camera, microphone, location or contacts.
• No cross-app or cross-site tracking.

6. Service providers

We rely on two infrastructure providers who help us run the game but do not receive information that identifies you personally:

• Apple — processes payments and sends us signed purchase receipts.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and protection for our servers.

7. Children

Block Vac is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — in fact we collect no personal information (name, email and the like) from anyone. The game offers in-app purchases; parents and guardians can disable or require approval for purchases using Apple's Screen Time and Ask to Buy features.

8. Data retention and your choices

Because we hold no account and no contact details, the only data tied to you is the anonymous device identifier and its coin balance and progress. To erase it, delete the app and reset your device identifier, or email [email protected]. We keep purchase records for as long as needed for tax and fraud-prevention purposes.

9. International users

Our servers are operated in the United States. By using Block Vac you consent to processing your anonymous game data there.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
