Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and FunPixel LLC ("we", "us") for the Block Vac puzzle game and related services ("the Game"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Your use is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.

2. Virtual coins and items

The Game includes virtual coins and boosters ("Virtual Items"). You do not own Virtual Items; they are a limited licence to use a feature of the Game. Virtual Items:

• are not real-world currency and have no monetary value;
• cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold or exchanged for money or anything of value outside the Game;
• may be adjusted, capped or removed for gameplay balancing, subject to applicable law.

The number of coins granted by any purchase is defined by us and may change for future purchases. Coins already granted are not affected by such changes.

3. Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple and are governed by Apple's terms. Coin packs are consumable purchases: they are delivered to your balance immediately and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. All refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software or modified clients;
• tamper with, decompile or reverse-engineer the Game, except as permitted by law;
• disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers.

We may suspend access and reverse coin balances or items obtained through such conduct.

5. Offline play and availability

The Game is playable offline; purchases and certain features require an internet connection. We do not guarantee that the Game or its servers will be available without interruption.

6. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunPixel LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Game.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Apple

These Terms are between you and FunPixel LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to furnish support or handle any claims relating to the Game, except as stated in Apple's own terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
