Lay the card flat, fill the frame with it, and avoid glare from overhead lights. For a graded slab, keep the whole label in the frame.

For raw baseball cards, the card number is printed on the back, so the app asks you to photograph the back too. If the card still isn’t found, it may be missing from our catalog. Email us the card details and we’ll look into it.

Pokémon and Magic prices are TCGplayer and Cardmarket market prices, published through TCGdex and Scryfall and updated regularly. Sports card prices are the median of recent auction sales from CardSight AI. When there are only a few sales, the app shows a range instead of a single number.

Graded prices are shown only when there are sales for that exact grade; otherwise the app shows the ungraded price and labels it. MintSnap never estimates a price from your photo.

Open iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → MintSnap and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep MintSnap Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy, then tap You → Restore purchases. This also works after you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone.

All App Store payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your collection is stored on your iPhone and included in your device backups. To keep your own copy, use You → Export collection to save it as a CSV file. Deleting the app deletes the collection on that device.
