1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Revio iOS app and its supporting services (the "Service"), provided by FunPixel LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

2. License

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs your license to the app. These Terms supplement that license with rules for Revio's services. You may use Revio for personal or business documents you have the right to access and process. Ownership of the app, its software and brand remains with the relevant rights holders.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Process or distribute content that violates the law or another person's copyright, privacy or other rights.
Create deceptive alterations, forged records or other content intended to commit fraud or harm others.
Bypass payment, quota, security or rate limits, abuse trials, or interfere with the Service.
Reverse engineer or extract our software or service systems, except where applicable law permits it.

We may restrict access when necessary to address a material violation, abuse or a security risk, subject to applicable law.

4. Pro subscriptions, trials and refunds

Revio Pro is offered through Apple's App Store as weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Pro access is required to save results from paid document tools and to start paid format conversions. The available features, price, billing period and any trial are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you buy.

Trials are available only when offered for the selected product and when Apple determines that you are eligible. Trial duration and any included AI edit allowance are shown before purchase. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Selecting a plan without a trial starts a paid subscription under the terms shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. Manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancel a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the next charge. Cancelling a subscription normally leaves paid access available until the current period ends; Apple determines the end of a cancelled trial. Deleting Revio does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles billing and refund requests. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; approval is subject to Apple's process and applicable law. Use Restore Purchases in Revio to restore eligible subscription access. Contact support if a verified purchase has not been delivered.

5. AI text edit allowances and extra edits

Image text edits and scanned PDF text edits use the same AI edit balance and require active Pro access. The app shows the number of edits required before submission. Separate regions may count separately; nearby changes may be combined, so one submission can use more than one edit.

The current regular paid weekly plan includes 10 AI edits per weekly subscription period. The current regular paid yearly plan includes 10 AI edits per month, resetting on the monthly anniversary of the purchase date. In a month without that date, the reset uses the last day of the month. Unused included edits do not carry over to the next allowance period.

A free trial has the AI edit allowance shown for that trial, which may differ from a regular paid plan. Trial edits do not automatically receive the full paid allowance.

Active Pro members can purchase the consumable 10 AI Text Edits pack for additional edits. Pack edits are separate from included plan edits and do not expire at a monthly reset. They can be used only while Pro is active; an unused pack balance remains unavailable while Pro is inactive. Included plan edits are used before pack edits. Extra edit packs do not renew automatically.

The offer shown before purchase applies to that purchase. If the balance or delivery status appears incorrect, contact support with the relevant transaction or task reference.

6. Your content and processing

You retain your rights to the documents and images you provide. We do not claim ownership of your source files. You grant us and the service providers involved a limited permission to process submitted content as needed to perform your requested task and provide the Service, as explained in the Revio Privacy Policy.

Local PDF editing and PDF-to-Office conversion are processed on your device. Cloud AI text edits send image crops and editing instructions; Office-to-PDF conversion sends the selected Office file to our service and its conversion provider. Data handling, retention and deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

AI edits and format conversions can change appearance, layout or content. Check results before relying on them, keep a copy of important originals and confirm that you have permission to process the content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legal validity, uniqueness or exclusive ownership of generated results.

7. Service availability and disclaimer

Cloud features depend on network availability and third-party providers. Processing time, output quality and supported formats may vary. A request may fail or be rejected by a provider's content rules. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without a guarantee that every task will succeed or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

9. Stopping use and termination

You can stop using Revio at any time. Manage subscriptions separately through Apple. We may suspend or discontinue services, or restrict access for material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law. Stopping use, deleting a local task or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete server-side content or cancel a task already accepted by the Service. 10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent state or federal courts in Wyoming, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise. Mandatory protections available in your place of residence remain applicable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms when features or practices change. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes when required by law. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively replace purchase terms already agreed to.
