Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MintSnap iOS app (the "Service"), provided by FunPixel LLC ("MintSnap", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard EULA.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process content that infringes anyone's copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our recognition models or data.
• Interfere with the Service, including evading rate limits, scraping card or price data, or abusing free-scan quotas.

We may suspend or terminate access for any device that materially violates these rules.

4. Subscriptions and refunds

MintSnap Pro is sold through the Apple App Store as auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time purchase. Pricing, renewal cadence and free-trial terms are shown to you before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Card data and prices

Card identification and prices rely on third-party data sources and AI providers. Prices are for reference only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are not an appraisal or financial advice. Card names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners; MintSnap is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card publisher, league or grading company.

6. Content ownership

You keep all rights to the photos you scan. By using the Service, you grant MintSnap and its providers a limited license to process those photos solely to identify your cards. We do not claim ownership of your photos and do not keep them on our servers after the scan.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that identification will always be correct, that prices will be accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintSnap and its officers, directors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may discontinue features or terminate access to specific devices that violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the updated version takes effect on the date shown above. Material changes will be announced in-app.
